01 —Is Reserve free GST billing software?+
Reserve is paid GST billing software with a 14-day free trial — every feature unlocked, no account or credit card needed. After the trial, plans start at ₹199/month.
02 —Does Reserve work without internet?+
Yes — Reserve runs fully offline. Your data lives on your machine. Internet is only required for license activation and team sync (Advanced/Pro plans). If your connection drops, a 7-day offline grace period keeps you working without interruption.
03 —Is my data secure?+
Yes. Reserve uses AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, Argon2id password hashing, HMAC-SHA256 invoice integrity checks, and encrypted backups with 7-file rotation. Windows DPAPI protects the encryption keys. Your data never leaves your device without explicit permission.
04 —Which GST reports does Reserve generate?+
GSTR-1 (B2B, B2CS, B2CL, CDNR, CDNUR, HSN Summary), GSTR-3B summary, GSTR-9 annual return, and quarterly GSTR-1. All export to Excel in the portal-matching format, ready to upload to gst.gov.in.
05 —Can multiple people use Reserve at the same time?+
Yes, on Advanced and Pro plans. Team members get individual logins with role-based access (Admin or Staff). Admins control module-level permissions per member. All changes sync in real time across the team.
06 —Can I manage multiple businesses?+
Yes. Basic supports 1 company, Advanced supports 3, and Pro supports 5. Each company has a fully isolated encrypted database and settings — no data ever crosses between companies.
07 —Can I use Reserve on multiple computers?+
Yes, depending on your plan. Manage your devices from the Member Portal. Basic supports 1 device, Advanced supports 3, and Pro supports 5.
08 —What's the difference between plans?+
Basic is for solo users (1 user, 1 company, 1 device). Advanced adds real-time multi-user sync and multi-company support (3 users, 3 companies, 3 devices). Pro extends all limits to 5 with priority support.
09 —Can I import my old data?+
Yes. Reserve automatically migrates data from Reserve v2.x on first launch. Bank statements import via CSV. If you are coming from another billing app, contact us — manual import is available by request.
10 —What is multi-user mode?+
Multiple team members can log in with individual credentials. Admins assign roles (Admin/Staff) and control which modules each member can access. Approval workflows for Purchase Orders and Work Orders are also enabled in this mode.
11 —Is there a mobile app?+
Not yet. Reserve is a Windows desktop application. A mobile companion app is on the roadmap.
12 —What happens after the trial ends?+
The app prompts you to activate a license. All your data is preserved — nothing is lost. You continue right where you left off after activation.
